Applying for WVCHIP is simple and can be done entirely from home. Choose the option that works best for you:

If you prefer face-to-face assistance, outreach and enrollment sites are available by county. Staff at these locations can provide applications and help you complete them.

Once your completed application and documentation are ready, mail everything to your local DoHS office.

Updating Your Information:

If you need to update your address, income, or other information already on file, submit your changes online here.
